Autographed Relic Rookie Cards
Ten players appear in the fourth and final tier of rookie cards, which combine an autographed sticker with a piece of player-worn jersey on a horizontal design. Topps autograph exclusives Adam Morrison and J.J. Redick can be found here, along with Randy Foye and first overall pick Andrea Bargnani.
The autographed relics combine with the autographed rookies to fall one per pack, and my sample box produced Maurice Ager of Dallas, Foye and a Bargnani refractor numbered 034/199.

The Last Word
Too often today's more expensive sports card products feel like you are gambling when you open them, leaving you with the feeling that you either came out way ahead or way behind at the end. That's not the case with 2006-07 Bowman Sterling Basketball, which may not have the same potential for high dollar pulls as other high end products but does give you a feeling of value in every pack.
Even allowing for the fact that the About.com sample box was probably a little better than average, Sterling is loaded with rookies and plenty of other fun, attractive cards. It certainly seems like Topps made a good call trotting out a basketball version to go along with the baseball and football sets they've already done.
