The Oklahoma product has the size to wear down defenses with numerous carries, plus the speed to take it the distance if he finds a seam.
The Vikings got a taste of both qualities in his very first game. Facing the Atlanta Falcons on September 9, Peterson recorded his first 100-yard game and visited the end zone for the first time on a 60-yard reception.
Barring injury, Peterson should remain one of the hottest 2007 rookies all season long. All of his rookie cards should be popular, and this gallery will show off as many of them as we can track down.
