Upper Deck brings SP Rookie Threads football back for its sophomore season in 2008, and its bringing with it a wide variety of autographs and memorabilia cards featuring rookies like Darren McFadden, Matt Ryan and Felix Jones. Autographed Rookie Letterman cards fall two per box and include player name, college and college nickname versions.
Super Swatch cards serve up large jersey pieces and Rookie Foursome cards put four swatches of 2008 newcomers on one card. Altogether, the 2008 content includes:
- Two Autographed Rookie Lettermen per box
- Three autographs per box
- Five jersey cards per box
- One Super Swatch, Patch and multi-player jersey card per box
- Six multi-signed autographs or autographed memorabilia cards per case
